The Outlook Plug-in will only sync when it is running in the background and your computer is connected to the internet. Check that your Outlook Plug-in is your system tray icon Is your Outlook Plug-in Open in your System Tray? You can confirm this at any time by navigating to your Calendar Connection page and hovering your cursor over the information icon ⓘ to the left of Version on your calendar connections page. Most unexpected behaviors with the Outlook Plug-in can be resolved by ensuring you are running the most up-to-date version of the Outlook Plug-in (Version: 170). Check your Plug-in version and last sync date If your Outlook Plug-in is not connected, check out Outlook Desktop Plug-in for instructions on how to install and connect your Outlook Plug-in to Calendly. If you use a web-based Microsoft calendar such as, Office 365, or Exchange, we recommend connecting that calendar directly from your Calendar Connection page.
